Job DescriptionThe Executive Director, Compliance Disclosure Program sets the strategic direction of the enterprise reporting and disclosure program in furtherance of an effective compliance program. This role ensures the company supports an effective, confidential, and accessible hotline reporting program including investigation services, oversight, administration, reporting, analysis, and process improvement. Further, the Executive Director, Compliance Disclosure Program leads a team of skilled investigators, data analysts, and compliance professionals in support of the disclosure program and development of enterprise policies to reduce regulatory and reputational risk. The role also acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding the conflict of interest program and supports the Chief Compliance Officer in his/her reporting obligations to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.RESPONSIBILITIES: Set strategic design and implementation of Ethics Line Operations for enterprise to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and in furtherance of an effective compliance program. Lead team of professional investigators through a leadership team to ensure thorough review of cases involving allegations of misconduct such as fraud, waste and abuse, securities and financial fraud, or other high-risk malfeasance. Strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding conflict of interest policy and participation on non-affiliated board membership. Design and implement industry-leading best practices for conflict of interest disclosure and resolution. Lead data analytics professionals through a leadership team to support a data-driven compliance program in furtherance of DOJ guidance and industry best practices) Supports Chief Compliance Officer's reporting obligations to Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.Required Qualifications1. Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience2. Extensive knowledge of internal investigation best practices including legal and compliance risks areas, disclosure and reporting obligations, and communication strategy. 3. Expertise with healthcare compliance risks and regulations, including but not limited to fraud, waste, and abuse laws, anti-kickback statute, FCPA, and securities regulations.4. Strong collaboration skills with subject matter experts, executives, and other colleague stakeholders5. Operational excellence - ability to set priorities and meet commitments6. Facility with data analytics and translation. Ability to utilize analytics to identify and analyze compliance risk areas and remediation.7. Can deliver difficult messages and challenge ideas with professionalism within all levels of the organization8.
