With a direct line to the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, and full support from Senior Leadership, our team plays a vital role in providing independent assurance over the Company's most critical business and technology processes. Our audit deliverables provide valuable insight to the executive management team and play a role in improving our control posture as an organization. This job may require minimal travel to audit locations within the U.S. (less than 5%).As an Internal Audit Senior Analyst, you will develop, prioritize, and complete detailed financial and operational risk based audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify any control gaps, and evaluate the accuracy of financial information to ensure compliance with applicable Company policies, and Federal and State regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on the adequacy and effectiveness of CVS Health's internal controls and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities.Responsibilities include: Identifying, testing, and reporting on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls Interacting with various Internal Audit and business line management to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner and to maintain effective communications before and after project completion Assisting with the development and updating of process flows, test procedures, and reporting Producing accurate, complete, and well organized work papers to provide Internal Audit management for review Ability to organize and prioritize to perform multiple tasks at once to manage time within established budgets Effectively perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards and CVS Health's audit methodology Encourages teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectivenessRequired Qualifications 2 or more years of accounting, auditing, and/or pharmacy operations experience (inclusive of internships).COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
