Job DescriptionCVS Health, a Fortune 4 Company, has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Productivity Analytics Manager. You will report to the Director of Medicare Operations Services. Our case volume, call volume and resource forecasts are the foundation for planning and building the business allows us to support our business partners and members.The Manager delivers the analytics and insights to support our business partners using tools such as Teradata and Tableau. You will analyze data about Prior Authorization and Exception requests leveraging data from Teradata as well as Novologix and MedHOK. The Manager works with various business partners in operations, quality, and resource planning to gain an understanding of their needs.Additional responsibilities: Present abstract concepts to partners Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems by considering a variety of factors and partners needs Interpret and make inferences from data with narrow turn-around times Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detailYou will work independently with business partners to provide insights and analysis to help address their business needs by using your knowledge of the underlying data along with an understanding of the business.
