Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and innovative architect to join our team to assist with generating solutions that address key requirements and needs. It will require strong technical and interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with others from team members up to senior leadership to turn vision into action. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Experience prototyping and integrating automations across multiple OS, language and platform combinations 5+ years of experience related but not limited too: Legacy on-prem solutions, cloud solutions, integration patterns including streaming, AI and NLP solutions Interpersonal skills to explain complex technical topics in easy-to-understand ways Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architecture lead for large programs Program management experience Scaled Agile experience Design and implement solutions Produce required artifacts and be able to explain them in an easily digestible way to various levels of leadership Understand enterprise strategy and requirements and develop necessary designs and solutions to satisfy those needs Track projects as they advance through various stages of the development lifecycle and ensure that the desired solution is being delivered Collaborate across the enterprise to make key decisions based on impacts such as time and cost Gather information from various sources and make key decisions based on all the information given Business Value realization Building trust, confidence and partnerships with our customers (customer obsessed) Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion Assess and evaluate risk effectively Mentor and train colleagues as requested Stay up to date and hone skills on emerging technologies and industry trends Attend TAI trainings and seminars to stay up to date on architectural skillsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
