Job DescriptionAs the Sr. Mgr Application Dev on the Configuration COE within Clinical Platform and Solutions team, you will be responsible for overall solution and design approach finalization. You will be working closely with the Business Rules, Correspondence & UI/UX Team to understand the need and build the most appropriate and optimum solution that would enable delivering on the objectives. You will be required to work with Product Owners, Dev Leads, BA's and Operations. Furthermore, you will be expected to gain the necessary knowledge of how technology can support clinical operations in managing our members' needs.Additional Responsibilities Include: - Understand and seek clarification on the business requirements based on the need of the customer, for example operations, members and providers and then work with development team to build the solution approach. - Work with architecture team for creation of Orchestration of a new API/application/internal-external flow to be built.- Participate in Release planning sessions as well as support production deployment and release normalization.- Detailed analysis of the high level functional and Non-functional requirement specifications.- Ability to manage to a timeline while dealing with continual prioritization conflicts and resource constraints.- Apply system and business expertise to develop and execute planned and committed deliveries. - Collaborate and clearly communicating with various teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to partner and deliver solutions that cover multiple lines of business.- Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.- Demonstrate facilitation skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.Required Qualifications- Technical - Business Rules Management System:4-6 Years.- Functional - Information Technology - Application development: 10-15 Years.- Functional - Information Management - Database Structures (Oracle/MS SQL): 8-10 Years.- Functional - Information Management - Decision trees and classification rules: 8-10 Years. - Technical - Development Languages - PL/SQL/DB2: 8-10 Years.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
