Medicare experience. Previous experience with Medicare data sources (ie CCLF files) including medical claims, pharmacy claims, membership/enrollment information, care management program data, health risk assessment data, disability data, episodes of care. Proven experience in product design from idea generation to product launch. Previous experience in retrospective, claims-based health analytics, plan sponsor reporting and in the application of industry standard healthcare calculations and methodologies including but not limited to health cost, price, utilization, and quality analytics. Solicit and document all business requirements and write all user stories, personas and acceptance criteria for new or to enhance existing methodologies. Responsible for maintaining your team/feature backlog and data standardization, soliciting feedback from clients, assisting with product strategy, competitive analysis and working collaboratively with development, engineering, and data operations. The product manager will participate in the Agile/Scrum development process as a Product Owner. Communicates product features and fundamental components to the organization that reflects the product and responds to the needs of various "stakeholders" (i.e., employees, customer). Represents product strategy in cross functional product development activities. Ensures that product is designed, developed, implemented, and maintained from a business/customer point of view. Performs research and analysis on legislative, competitive, and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements. Participates in idea generation and project vision session for the development of new products and product enhancements. 5+ years' experience in Healthcare and/or Employee Benefits arena.
