Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking an experienced professional to support Corporate Security and Resiliency's Enterprise Resiliency program. The Manager of Enterprise Resiliency will be responsible for working alongside team members and business partners to develop, manage, improve and facilitate operational readiness (preparedness and response) activities across the enterprise, ensuring the company can effectively respond to significant events or crises that may threaten business strategies or the health and safety of colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools used to support enterprise resiliency initiatives, such as geospatial mapping, threat monitoring, and incident management solutions for stakeholders to use during times of crisis. Additional responsibilities will include developing crisis plans and procedures, managing incident coordination calls in response to disruptive events, conducting threat and vulnerability assessments, and other resiliency-related initiatives as required. The Manager will support the Senior Manager of Enterprise Resiliency in Corporate Security and Resiliency's mission of maintaining the overall safety and security of CVS Health's people, facilities, and assets. In this role, you will work collaboratively with, and support, stakeholders to identify and achieve operational goals in a manner consistent with CVS Health's purpose and values. Job responsibilities include: - Implement and maintain crisis management tools and technology to be used before, during, and after events- Develop and implement crisis management and preparedness initiatives and strategies using an all-hazards, risk-based approach- Coordinate with the Business Continuity team, business partners and other internal stakeholders to increase operational readiness and align processes to support business requirements - Foster and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including public and private sector partners - Support incident coordination and response functions to events through the recovery phase until return to normal operations - Design and implement initiatives to efficiently identify, assess, and quantify risk, along with a readiness framework of appropriate recommendations to mitigate these risks - Maintain awareness of emerging threats and hazards to identify potential areas of impact to enterprise operations and appropriate mitigation/response strategies - Develop, execute, and maintain crisis management and incident management plans, policies, and processes to effectively manage significant incidents or crises facing the enterprise - Support preparedness, response, recovery, and after-action/lessons learned activities to enable continuous program improvement - Identify process improvements and make recommendations that support resiliency governance strategies, increase operational efficiency, and align with CVS Health business objectives - Conduct benchmarking and report on meaningful metrics that effectively measure key performance indicators and support business decision-making - Perform other duties and otherwise support the Enterprise Resiliency team as assignedRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of previous practical experience in business continuity, crisis management, emergency management, and/or threat intelligence, or related experience developing tools/technology in this fieldCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
