Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant is responsible for managing all support activities for a Senior Vice President, encompassing a wide range of activities including management of a complex calendar and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, leading the coordination of travel, expenses and budgeting, project coordination, and document review. Sounding board, confidant and conduit to keep the executive well informed and help facilitate his/hers decision making Calendar gatekeeping, prioritizing and providing recommendations on scheduling conflicts Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency May attend senior level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items Assist in document management, compilation, distribution and storage Total travel coordination including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations and other travel documentationRequired Qualifications 5 or more years of administrative support experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
