Job DescriptionThis program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.Location: This will be a work-from-home positionAs an important member of the Enterprise Insights team, you will support creative evaluation and testing insights across the enterprise. You will help design and execute research studies to assess - and optimize - a variety of creative assets. You will also participate in presentations and strategic conversations to provide guidance to business teams and ensure the application of best practices in creative development. And you will participate as a member of the Enterprise Insights team, and the broader Customer Advocacy and Insights department, contributing your knowledge and ideas to the betterment of our collective expertise and our impact across the organization.Responsibilities:- Participate in conversations with business teams and leaders to understand the intent and objectives of upcoming research projects- Engage with manager and insights peers to design and scope appropriate research- Manage the day-to-day execution of creative tests by ensuring inputs and deliverables are received, feedback from teams and vendors is incorporated, and timelines are met- Review and analyze creative testing results, working with manager and 3rd party vendors to optimize the final report- Participate in the presentation of research results and help guide internal stakeholders on the application of insights to inform business decisions- Aid manager in related ad-hoc research development and execution as neededThe typical salary range for this role is $35,400 to $45,800.Required Qualifications- Meet education requirements- Knowledge of MS Office ProgramsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
