Job DescriptionThe Associate Creative Director of Copy, PBM Marketing is responsible for helping lead marketing communications campaigns created by the internal agency at CVS Health. You should have a proven track record of creating and inspiring innovative, effective campaigns that build brands and inspire others. As a working leader, you will be equally at ease ideating and writing video scripts as developing quick turn, email campaigns to promote behavior change. More than likely, you will have spent a good amount of time at an agency, working on campaigns that are looked upon as examples of the best of what is being produced in the industry today and are now ready to work directly for a client who demands that same level of creativity and innovation - inspiring people to live healthier lives. You should also be a strong strategic thinker and experienced at influencing senior level colleagues and fellow creative team members. You may also mentor younger creative team members.
