As a Product Owner - Voice Innovation, you will be part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Voice Innovation team that engages in new technology development and deployment with the opportunity to guide new operational programs, which will have a meaningful effect on the future direction of the company. You will build a new Virtual Assistant service that will radically transform the customer care experience for our interactive voice response channel (IVR) using an Agile/SCRUM methodology and engage and help additional service platforms and programs. The Product Owner will lead projects, directing the work of a group of individuals with emphasis on scoping and directing root cause analysis, business case development, solution ideation, design, and testing. You will work with partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business and present recommendations to senior leadership.Primary Responsibilities: Engage across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including the ability to assess and course correct. Perform the required research necessary to define the capabilities and features of Voice and Communication Software Provide appropriate product team guidance to multiple IA scrum teams Understanding of agile principles and experience effectively writing user stories and managing a backlog of competing initiatives Partner closely with UAT and production support team to ensure appropriate testing and post-production validation is conducted Assist with program expansion to additional clients (syndication, product customization)This is a work from home opportunity.Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional business experience Experience in end-to-end product development including requirement development and business case development.
