Job DescriptionThe strategic sales experience team supports finalist and capabilities presentations, executive summaries and other requests to enable Aetna field sales personnel to win and retain commercial business customers. This position is for a senior writers and requires advanced communication, writing, strategy and critical thinking skills. The senior writer is responsible for developing differentiated and compelling content that aligns with our business strategy for national accounts, middle market, public sector & labor, and diversified business solutions. Must be able to deliver the best possible product within the agreed upon timeline. In addition, the senior writer:-Fosters relationships with internal customers-Collaborates to develop a strategic, creative approach for each prospect/customer.-Customizes content to align with customer specific strategy.-Ensures that materials are compliant with Aetna brand standards and commercial sales pitch messages.This role can be considered WFH-US.Required Qualifications-Senior professional with 5+ years in communications, writing, marketing or related work experience.-Ability to apply creative and strategic writing skills to align business strategy and vision-Follows business and competitive trends to gain an understanding of the business environment and make recommendation for our best possible approach to win and retain business.-Creates a unique approach for each customer-Builds relationships and communicates with colleagues at varying levels of the organization.-Works well under pressure of deadlines.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
