Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting), Operations support (membership based and metrics driven staffing models) and managing business partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes.- Drive end-to-end Finance support for Medicare Care Management including multiple products (Medicare Advantage, DSNP, MMP) & Service Excellence Quality- Liaison on all matters related to Clinical & Quality Operations- Understand and support state specific staffing and reporting- An opportunity to understand various Medicare products and become a subject matter expert on Medicare Clinical Operations- Finance partner for Medicare Clinical & Quality Leadership- Own Medicare membership-based staffing models for various functions and products, drive efficient staffing increases with business growth- Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; build rapport and accountability with individual P&L/cost center owners to maximize effectiveness- Facilitate and manage month close; evaluate, analyze and present monthly financial results to Business and Finance leaders- Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses- Be creative problem solver within fast evolving environment and have ability to adapt to changeRequired Qualifications- Bachelors Degree - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - 3 + years related accounting/financial experience, business planning, accounting and/or financial analysis/reportingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
