Job DescriptionAs the Senior Java Fullstack Software Engineer for Enterprise Product Acceleration with CVS Health, you will participate on an eXtreme Programming (XP) Programming Product Team to build high quality, usable products for customers and stakeholders for the IT Acceleration Centers. You will help educate both business and technology personnel on the XP process as well as lead products from discovery and framework-through iterative development and delivery while maintaining a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role. The position is located in the Buffalo Grove Acceleration Center. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid model at Buffalo Grove, IL.Required Qualifications8 + years of development experience with:- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large scale distributed software design environment, in a J2EE development environment- 2+ years of experience working in an XP, using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration, TDD- 2 years of experience with front end development including AngularJS, Angular2, or Angular4+ preferred- 2+ year with emerging cloud platform technologies such as: CloudFoundry, Openshift , AWS Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Heroku , or other PaaS technologiesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
