Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a Logistics Analytics Data Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Analytics Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for sorting daily worksheets by job function, determining total time worked, referring to job codes and determining time spent on direct jobs and indirect tasks. You will also summarize activities (documents, items, trips, etc.) and calculate standard times referring to rate tables to determine which factors to apply. Additional responsibilities of a Logistics Analytics Data Coordinator include: Input data into excel to generate daily productivity reports Review, analyze, and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures Review, modify, and maintain a centralized location for documentation Complete daily management reports and individual performance reports noting the standard time, direct time, and productivity percentage Utilize daily reports to summarize department totals for Warehouse Performance Summary Tabulate direct, indirect, over time, total hours, standard hours, and performance and utilization figures Prepare and distribute an accurate recap of the shift work, including for cross-trained functions, on the Daily Admin Pass-along prior to leaving at shift end Analyze workforce dataRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint2+ years of analytical experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau and/or similar platformsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- Warehouse/Distribution center experience- Relevant Work Experience Preferred- Previous experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)- Industrial Engineering background- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and use sound judgment.- Ability to maintain work in strict confidence.- Ability to work overtime with minimal notice with a flexible work schedule, while demonstrating reliable attendance.- Ability to cross-train within all functions of the department.- Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance.- Ability to work using reading, writing, and counting with a high degree of accuracy.- Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). - Must be detail-oriented and exhibit problem-solving skills.- Working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to work with Excel formulas - Ability to work with Outlook to schedule, plan meetings and send/receive internal emails - Ability to operate a computer and calculator as well as other office equipment.- Ability to achieve and maintain the department average keying speed within 30 days.- Ability to research, analyze, and present data as assigned.- Ability to assist in various continuous improvement projects.- Ability to work with multiple sources of data.- Ability to prioritize and adjust workload based on ad hoc Administrative Tasks.- Cross-train to assist with time studies using UMT devices to collect data from time studies and use software to analyze data.EducationHigh School diploma required, Bachelor's preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
