This team is responsible for Aetna's digital strategy and all digital products, as well as the development road map and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this team is to build an integrated platform and underlying products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness.As a Senior Manager Digital Product and Delivery for CVS Health supporting Aetna Health products you will work in a fast-paced environment and will carry the responsibility to manage key components of an advanced digital services platform. You will work with business owners, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Designers, QA, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that business priorities are planned and delivered appropriately from initiation to production. This position requires a blend of product management, project management and program management. Plus, strategic consulting skills. You will manage complex enterprise-wide initiatives and partner with both internal Aetna Health and the larger CVS Health enterprise to deliver these initiatives. May be responsible for concurrent initiatives as team lead and/or team member, based on resource requirements.Responsibilities Provide clear communication to business and technology teams to ensure smooth operation of the development cycles Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the agile planning process, ensuring that the teams are aligned on requirements and tasks for upcoming sprints, as well as being responsible for team and process efficiencies Promote collaboration between Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to break complex problems down into requirements and actionable deliverables Ensure backlog and requirements are prioritized and that there is transparency on goals for upcoming sprints and product releases Work across Scrum teams to identify risks and dependencies for releases Participate in strategic conversations regarding high-level Medicare business and product roadmap Collaborate with key stakeholders to define priorities Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions Coordinate across multiple engineering/development teams as neededAbility to communicate goals and product priorities across cross-functional teams, and advocate for clear documentation wherever possible Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our technology to bridge the gap between product and business needs and technical feasibility Work with internal stakeholders and other Project Managers to identify opportunities for process improvements, better tooling, and act as an advocate for agile best practices Keeps a pulse on engagement progress and actively works with team and client to end successfully and on time Employs strong organizational skills and takes a very organized approach to all engagementsBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. Working knowledge and understanding of API framework with ability to read and understand and solution sketches. Proficient technical aptitude, passion for technology and innovation, and ability to communicate with technical teams.2+ years of MS Office Programs experience: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.This can be a remote position.Travel requirement is up to 10%.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
