Job DescriptionThis Pension and Investment Management Analyst is responsible for a broad range of pension pricing and reserving functions and reporting activities for Aetna's Large Case Pension defined benefit business.This includes:Pricing of Employer sponsored Pension Plan benefits in the event of plan termination and/or contract discontinuance. Development of reserves for Large Case Pension's Group Annuity liabilities. Analysis of reserve valuations necessary to meet contractual requirements with plan sponsors, appropriate reserve levels to satisfy STAT, GAAP and tax regulations and financial reporting needs. Support for customer service teams by providing pricing factors and case specific pricing analysis of unusual pricing situations. Liability and related cashflow projections supporting investment planning and financial reporting for Aetna's Group Annuity liabilities.
