Assist the Product Owner by: Making sure everyone on the team understands the product & sprint goals and scope Helping maintain the backlog Facilitating agile rituals /events (daily stand ups, retros, backlog refinement, etc.) Working with Product Owner and team to break down Features into Product Backlog items that meet the Feature's acceptance criteria and goal(s) Forecasting team velocity and partners with Product Owner to develop timeline/roadmap utilizing dashboards and other visual metrics Assist the Team by: Ensure the team's work (ALL of it) is on the board, visible and understood Coaching the team into the self-organization Protects the team from scope creep and distractions Resolves impediments that prevent the team from moving forward Address and resolves concerns raised in retrospectives Provides data points to feed into metrics dashboards (burndown, velocity, impediments, risks and decisions) Identifies dependencies, tradeoff's, and risks that may appear in the requirements backlog Collaborates with documentation teams to ensure proper documentation of product capabilities Aid the team in developing, modifying, and adhering to a team working agreement Assessing team maturity and recommend to the team an appropriate agile framework, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the agile frameworks such as SAFe/Scrum and Kanban along with industry and technology experiences Assist the organization by: Encouraging the adoption of proper agile methodologies in the workflow Coaching their team(s) on the transition to a working scrum framework By working with other teams to coordinate cross-team dependencies in order to facilitate team goals, including Scrum of ScrumsRequired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills; will be forward thinking, self-motivated, and able to join a diverse, highly team; continuously striving for excellence.1. 5+ yrs. direct experience leading scaled-agile execution for infrastructure technology teams, prior framework experience may include: SCRUM/Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe, Spotify squad framework2. 5+ yrs experience in analyzing current systems and processes and recommending a design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices3.Experience leading at-least 2 to 3 end-to-end agile transformation journeysCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met6.
