Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Agile Coach is an expert in lean-agile methodologies, responsible for leading enterprise level training and communities of practice (CoPs). This role advises and engages at various leadership levels to drive Agile principles and contribute to the development and sharing of lean-Agile best practices. A person in this role is an Individual Contributor that provides training to teams adopting the scaled agile framework, specific to SAFe, Scrum, Lean and Kanban. This person will partner with Lean Agile coaches in specific lines of business to provide second tier Lean/Agile coaching support. This role provides custom Lean/Agile workshops and instructor-led training that aims to both provide knowledge and enthuse team members to try new approaches and techniques.Required Qualifications6+ years experience in virtual training and demonstrating facilitation of core Agile practices. Completed SAFe training enablements including but not limited to:o SAFe SP (Teams)o SAFe SA (Leading SAFe)o SAFe SSMo SAFe SASMo SAFe POPM5+ years experience with: o Coach Agile Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Agile coacheso Coach SAFe, Scrum and Kanban teamso Conduct workshops (i.e., User Story, Feature Writing, and Program Kanban)o Effectively communicate the Agile practices and principles and instill best practicesMust be SAFe SPC5 - Scaled Agile Program Consultant certified and in good standingWorking knowledge of Lean/Agile SDLC processes and deliverablesAbility to lead (virtual and in-person) discussions and classes with 20+ attendeesWillingness to facilitate virtual training and empower resources to teach others (Train the Trainer)Experience in developing custom Lean/Agile workshops and delivering training5+ years' experience in technology with strong business acumen and working in an agile environmentExperience performing in multiple Agile roles, including experience as an Agile Coach (not Scrum Master)Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale (SAFe) and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change to make it workCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
