Leads story and some feature level development efforts. Continuously learns, adapts to and incorporates emerging technologies.Responsibilities: Works with a cross-functional team, uses agile practices, writes, debugs, and delivers code Actively participates in discussions with stakeholders from User Experience, Architecture, Product, and Operations Identifies and fixes problems in code and/or delegates to more junior staff - Follows up to ensure success Produces solid, thoroughly tested user stories and features Reviews the coding work of more junior team members Provides deep technical expertise in key functional areasRequired Qualifications Mentors more junior team members 6+ years of IT/Digital software development experience in Java / J2EE, Spring Framework. 1+ years of microservices, cloud native applications development and web development experience using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Messaging Frameworks 2+ years of experience with unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, and BDD testing tools like Selenium 1+ years of experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes etc. 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Harness, Jenkins, Circle CI etc.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications 4+ Messaging Frameworks (i.e, Kafka/Rabbit MQ), NoSQL/RDBMS databases (i.e, Mongo DB, PostgresSQL, Redis), and other tech stacks (Open source and proprietary) 4+ years of experience with unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, and BDD testing tools like Selenium 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Harness, Jenkins, Circle CI etc. SFMC (Soap / Rest APIs, Automations, Journeys, template creation, content builder / all contacts) Experience with agile development required, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experienced preferred Experience in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Healthcare/Retail Domain experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; thrives working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team environment Experience with any cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS) Experience with any BDD testing frameworks such as Selenium is a plus.
