Job DescriptionFully Remote OpportunityExpectation is that work hours are regular and worked in Eastern Time zone.Join the Provider Digital Enablement organization as a Provider Digital Communications Sr Analyst to create external and internal communications related to our electronic transactions and provider digital tools. This position will communicate with providers, electronic data interchange (EDI) vendors and clearinghouses and Aetna/CVS Health colleagues.Help shape and design our provider communications by sharing ideas or identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategic communication efforts to achieve business goals. Collaboratively work across multiple functions and/or segments to identify gaps and recommends enhancements. Consult with stakeholders to scope and define goals and processes. Responsible for aligning with organizational communication guidelines and continued business needs. Serve as Subject Matter Expert as communication lead on digital tools. Use plain language to develop and own content related to electronic transactions and digital tools, including, but not limited to, technical communications and training and marketing/promotional materialsDemonstrate ability to manage multiple and simultaneous projects and adhere to deadlines using organizational and time management skillsParticipate in portions of projects or may lead projects with moderate risks and resource requirementsResponsible for developing communication project plans including tracking progress and communicating project status regularlyBudget support and managing expenses to planUnderstand and support the company's brand standardsCollaborate both within the organization and outside of it, work with entities outside of CVS Health, including, but not limited to, external vendors and trade organizations to accomplish tasks and promote initiatives; be comfortable interacting with all levels of colleagues, asking questions, seeking clarification or raising issues as neededRequired Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills - required to submit a writing sample as part of applicationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
