Job DescriptionFully remote position. Candidates can apply from any state. Working hours will 8:30AM-5PM No Weekends, holidays or travel will be required. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and HR record management activities. Analyzes and resolves HR Operations issues from associates, managers, and Human Resource professionals. In this role you will be working in a centralized Human Resources department in a production-based environment completing various daily tasks and assignments as well as Ad Hoc projects.Required Qualifications Processes transactions for Human Resource which requires analyzing, calculating and entering data in HR system (UltiPro) and Time and Attendance System (UTA) Analyzes and resolves more complex HR related issues for employees, managers, and Human Resources professionals Researches inquiries and process requests from current and former associates Communicates issues and coordinates activities with various internal constituents to ensure appropriate processing Prioritizes workload based on internal operational, regulatory, and processing deadlines Strong attention to detail Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and production standardsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
