Job DescriptionAre you looking for a career with purpose and growth? We are seeking someone to work full time from Monday through Friday onsite in our Back End Pharmacy in Lenexa, KS. As an Inventory Coordinator for the Back End Pharmacy, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a patient within specialty pharmacy, the fastest growing part of the pharmacy industry. In this role you will partner closely with the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure our Pharmacy is running efficiently and to capacity. You must be able to apply mathematical concepts to inventory functions, efficiently track and enter data into our computer applications and follow standard operating procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and to manage time efficiently. You will use your analytical skills to work independently to solve complex problems and issues. The schedule for this role will be: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM. We will require you to close 1 shift per week (11:00AM-7:30PM this will include a Friday closing shift 1 time per month).We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs."¯ In addition to sixteen paid days off for employees, we also offer ten paid holidays.Required Qualifications∙ 2+ years experience within a role where Inventory was the main function. ∙ Must be able to lift 50-70 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time.
