The Provider Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for creating cross channel marketing programs which help connect consumers to the care that meets their needs from providers they know and trust. You'll work with our national marketing team, providers, and our local market teams to identify partners and bring marketing programs to life to get consumers the healthcare they need.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting roles Develop and direct the market strategy and tactical operating plans in partnership with the national marketing team, providers, and local market Work with Aetna's provider partners to communicate the value of building partnerships with Aetna and to tailor shared Build robust measurement and tracking for programs in partnership with analytics Analyze results, competitive landscape and other key market and consumer insights to determine incremental opportunities to drive growth Work with our creative, media and operations teams to ensure programs are executed in line with the brand, effectively and compliantlyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
