Job DescriptionAs the Lead Director Product Implementation and Project Management you will ensure all CMS bid submission activities are on time and accurate with respect to CMS requirements, corporate systems requirements, and strategic initiatives. You will ensure accuracy of benefit data in bid submission, member materials, sales/marketing materials and internal/external websites. You will work with local market and operational partners to implement new plans and benefits internally and externally (vendor set up, claims adjudication, system setup, etc.) In addition, you will establish processes necessary for ensuring sustainable support of all supplemental benefit offerings (including dental) and ensure Medicare Product Implementation Managers are well equipped to oversee and maintain those processes. You will be asked to manage other product implementation activities and assignments as needed.Required Qualifications 5+ years Medicare product knowledge Medicare Operations process knowledge 8+ years related cross-functional project management experience including product implementation. Experience leading teams/projects. Ability to build strong lasting relationships with cross-functional business partners. Highly organized and detail oriented with proof-reading and quality control skills. Experience managing multi-tasking priorities and facilitating/executing multiple marketing programs.
