Job DescriptionThe Industrial Engineer supports the operations of a Retail Distribution Center, playing a key role in driving improved productivity and cost effectiveness by recommending and implementing changes to improve the performance of systems and people, increase utilization of labor and other resources while maintaining or improving safety, quality and customer service. This includes maintaining and updating local labor management systems (LMS) used in performance management and incentive programs. The Industrial Engineer may also manage a variety of local projects including, but not limited to analysis, design, process improvement, and implementation of capacity, material handling system and technology changes. They may also be called upon to support other Distribution Centers within the network as required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43700Maximum: 97400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
