Job DescriptionThe Analyst, Resource Planning role is responsible for ensuring forecasting and operations reporting is updated each day. Analysts work across internal teams and with operational leadership to meet overall business objectives by providing an accurate strategic plan then adjusting the plan throughout the day as needs require. Analysts must be able to research and solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis, effectively communicate feedback to operations and solution for meeting the strategic plan and budget.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40600Maximum: 81100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1. Organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail.2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.3. Strong analytical skills.4. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a high production, fast paced, time sensitive environment.6. Able to prioritize and multitask.7. Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem solving.8. Displays confidence in ability to learn complex material.9.
