Job Description- As an Scrum Master you will be a key member of a team that provides strategic solutions, evaluates processes and technologies and delivers production ready solutions to meet CVS/Aetna goals and objectives - Leadership skill in leading projects, meetings, improvement across key projects. - Practice and understanding of Agile within an enterprise environment. - Healthcare Business and RPA Technical experience serving as a key liaison between Business and IT teams (Development, QA and Production Support). - Facilitating User Story grooming to ensure stories are appropriate and acceptance criteria is adequate. - Manage the gathering of requirements, writing meeting minutes, and sprint planning. - Team management, leading troubleshooting of incidents/problems ticket in a timely manner using RTC. - Provide the project status, risks, issues and timelines to Management - Excellent planning skills and communicating product vision and goals to ensure team understanding. - Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Manage testing by conducting analysis, create test cases (traceable to business requirements), and execute tests - i.e., unit, system end-to-end integration, load, performance and UAT. - Support bot releasesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
