Job DescriptionThis position will be within the Wholesale Support team, requiring in-depth knowledge of Windows, Windows Servers, Microsoft SQL toolsets and Dot Net programming languages. The ideal candidate will be required to support multiple different custom and vendor applications. Prior Team leadership experience is a must. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.This position will require the ability to code to the technical specifications and will guide other technical resources through development activities within an onshore/offshore staffing model. This person will be responsible for interacting with multiple teams while working through technical and design issues in order to support the applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as in small groups, performing technical activities including analysis, design, development, and testing and production installation of all component's applications. This position is on a Support Team and will have responsibility for the On Call rotation to support our applications. Will be the leader of a small team of application support developers and responsible for the team. They will have a team of 5 to 10 direct reports to and will need be able to manage the day-to-day activities for the team as well as conduct performance and mentoring of the teammates in their charge. The candidate should have a strong background in project and people management.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
