Job DescriptionThe Associate Manager position will provide leadership to processors of the Commercial DMR Team. This position will be responsible for oversight of the Commercial DMR procedures performed by the DMR Team along with oversight of the Business Support Team that performs research and quality review regarding adjudication related Commercial book of business and other issues. This role is expected to provide oversight and direction to the team in accordance with the departmental policies and procedure and CMS guidance and client's Intent. In this role, you will coach, mentor and develop staff including providing career development planning and opportunities. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and reporting of trending, root cause analysis, innovative solutions and statistical data.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
