Job DescriptionProcesses Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) requests and generates the needed documents based on provided documentation and available systems information. Assist the field with questions and distribution of the SBCs.Fundamental Components:Analyzes and determines if requests are required and submitted appropriately; additionally, seeks solutions and negotiates essential requirements in support of any non-standard plan selections.Consults and communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with the requests in a timely manner. Completes timely and accurate Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents in order to satisfy both internal and external deadlines for production - impacting a wide variety products and services.Reviews benefit provisions to ensure compliance with legislative mandates.If required, communicates revisions essential for supporting and guarding the plan against any unintended liability.Monitors and manages request to meet constituents' expectations and business pletes any required updates or corrections needed to the Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.02Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
