Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve livesIn this newly created role, the Senior Manager, CVS Caremark Brand Stories, will report to the Lead Director, CVS Caremark Brand stories on the Payor Brand Strategy team. This B2B marketer and storyteller is experienced in how to define a brand value proposition that is compelling to clients and differentiated from competitors. This candidate will support the Lead Director of CVS Caremark Brand stories in the development of new and existing value propositions and marketing strategies for the Caremark brand, including rollout campaigns, brand toolkits, content strategy and the seamless online and offline brand experience.This candidate possesses a growth mindset and is adept at working across teams and executing plans that drive measurable business results. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish strong working relationships to inform, influence and advise are also key attributes.Responsibilities include: Support the development of the Caremark B2B differentiated value stories and pillars that articulate our competitive brand strengths, capabilities, and differentiation. Manage the creation and dissemination of PBM story vignettes for various audiences and segments Develop the Caremark case study & testimonial development and manage the creation and dissemination of the case study library for internal cross-channel usage Own marketing library of messaging assets (case studies, power slides, RFP responses) for use across channels and including sales and account development client meetings and forums Serve as a brand steward ensuring seamless and consistent messaging across content, campaigns, events and customer centers Flawlessly execute against S.M.A.R.T. goals to foster real business results Leverage insights to refine stories and inform go-forward approach Drives a culture of collaboration with internal stakeholders to create feedback loops as inputs on content needs, customer mindsets, and growth opportunitiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
