Job DescriptionThe candidate will hire, train, and develop sales professionals accountable for driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives.Position Duties & Responsibilities Accountable for leading and motivating a team of Broker Managers responsible for achieving established health plan broker sales goals within the assigned book of business. Cultivates relationships with local brokers and agencies that are contracted through our National Distribution Partners and Directly with Aetna through targeted marketing activities to ensure ample market coverage to reach health plan goals. Develops, executes, and communicates market strategies aligned with CVS Health/Aetna objectives to achieve profitable growth. Establishes and monitors performance against specific goals for assigned book of business and for each Broker Manager. Recruits, trains, and motivates broker manager staff. Coaches staff in sales approach, prospecting, and recruitment of new brokers, ensuring brokers are Ready to Sell and recertified, and other related sales activities. Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna's strengths in the best way.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,400Maximum: 120,800Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Life & Health License - State of NC and other certification to be deemed ready to sell for Aetna products as per job requirements on an annual basis 4+ years of Medicare sales and Broker Development experience 4 years' experience in a Medicare sales management role Demonstrated track record of hiring, training, and developing sales talent Technology proficiency with sales presentations and lead management CRM tools Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
