Job DescriptionThis position will support the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions product with a focus on business development, sales support and pharmacy market activation in partnership with Meritain's sales and client management organizations. The role will concentrate on new business opportunities, specializing in pharmacy only sales. Responsibilities:Business Development Effectiveness:Facilitate PBM related RFP opportunities for new business, with a focus on enabling pharmacy only salesParticipate in pre-sales calls, email correspondence, finalist meetings and other forums that involve/include new pharmacy business opportunitiesMarket our value proposition with awareness of trends, competitors and dynamic shifts in the PBM marketplaceEngagement, Partnerships and Education:Facilitate proactive outreach campaigns to elevate sales partnership and broker engagementBuild and enrich relationships with sales, with a focus on external partnerships and new broker relationships in pre-identified growth markets (aligned with sales strategies)Leverage Aetna/CVS IBU to share and collaborate on new business opportunities for enterprise-minded growthProvide education as needed to internal teams that engage with clients directly to ensure consistency in MPS value proposition deliveryPharmacy Strategy Support:Commit to delivery of effective measurement of business development activities and support leadership in efforts tied to communication to executive leadershipLeverage insights gained from business development activities to provide suggestions and test themes within the pharmacy marketplace during broker engagements and associated activitiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
