We transform and enhance claims, eligibility and a wide variety of other data inputs into a high-value decision-support asset for our clients.Over 7,500 users at more than 100 customers use DART, our web-enabled analytic platform for healthcare business intelligence.HDMS is seeking an Account Director to join our Customer Experience Team.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5+ years of demonstrated strong relationship managementskills with complex, flagship client relationships.Excellent project management and organizational skillsrequired.Excellent oral and written communications skills, includingability to distill complex findings into simple explanations.5+ years of solid analytic experience using claims data toidentify cost and utilization trends.A demonstrated passion for teamwork and solvingbusiness problemsExperience using DART or analytic solutions for very largedatabases required.Experience in consultative selling or interest to learn.Willingness to learn new analytic methods.Preferred QualificationsThe Account Director is responsible for helping HDMS meet and exceed the corporate goals and expectations. The Account Director will be responsible for the relationship and project management of a key employer client, and will work with an established team composed of clinical, analytic, data science, and customerexperience resources.Serve as Account Director, relationship manager, andanalytic expert supporting a key client and offer support for other HDMS account teams. Coordinate with Data Operations in identifying and researching client data related issues. Responsible for client issue management/issue triage. Oversee data quality assurance for clients. Contribute to successful and timely recurring data refreshes. Serves as first-line product expert to clients. Identify opportunities for additional revenue byidentifying additional use cases for DART. Support frequent calls and onsite visits to customers through project management of ongoing and new initiatives with the client. Design, develop and deliver on clients' analytic agendas based on business needs. Present observations and recommendations to clients; coordinate with diverse, interdisciplinary internal team supporting client analyticsInterface and collaborate with benefit consultants andother advisors, as needed.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
