Job Description Manages a team of external and internal provider relation liaisons. Oversees the maintenance and strengthening of working relationships with the existing provider network and assists in the recruitment of new providers. Responsible for development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Manages the development of contracts and agreements with providers and delivery systems in conjunction with network. Ensures compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Develops and implements training programs and educational materials for providers as well as internal staff. Provides assistance and support to other departments, as needed, to obtain crucial or required information from Providers, such as HEDIS, Credentialing, Grievance and Appeals, SIU, etc. Coordinates provider status information with member services and other internal departments. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3 plus years of MMP and DSNP's experience 5 plus years recent and related experience in Provider / Customer Relations 3 plus years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports with accountability of operational metrics Minimum of 3 years experience/knowledge of claims, ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT codes desiredPreferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others at all levels Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Background in process improvement (ie.
