Job Description- Serves as the department lead and SME in supporting contracting initiatives and data audits to enhance the provider network through review and loading of contracting documents/agreements/settlements, etc.- This role will lead a team of Network Ops Consultants who manage the network documents to ensure agreements and provider data is complete and accurate for loading and reporting. - Manages projects related to improving overall Contract Administration capabilities, training, and curriculum to advance the skills of existing specialists. - Uses reporting and analysis to garner insights for improvements. - Shadows contract administration delivery teams to understand risk and barriers in their workflow, and to work with leadership and team members to address and mitigate barriers. - Act as lead on special projects and contractually mandated task forces.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
