Job DescriptionIn this role you will support our enterprise business partners by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to help shape benefits development while staying mindful of the norms and requirements necessary to gain regulatory approvals. You will be responsible for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program to meet these goals such as planning, coordination, development, and implementation impact. Formation of and participation in cross functional collaborations while prioritizing work, resources and time are key.You will be responsible to: Drive development and implementation of new ideas that support enterprise goals, business priorities, and departmental efficiency. Effectively participate in highly collaborative processes from ideation through implementation, often through managing relationships across business segments and/or multiple functional areas. Lead the work and facilitate deliverables for simultaneously occurring complex projects that impact enterprise-wide processes, systems, roles and products. Length of projects may run multiple years in duration. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve business goals. Utilize proactive leadership to drive results for multifaceted projects by setting strategic direction. Identify gaps and make recommendations for enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Serve as a key resource to and consult with multiple constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define projects and tasks, helping set expectations for results. Influence change within both peer and constituent groups in order to improve performance results and organizational effectiveness. Successful collaboration across multiple functional areas and segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties for the business' priorities. Effective partnering with other functional managers and business areas across all segments and commercial products to ensure essential workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed in order to help facilitate smooth end-to-end implementation.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years health insurance benefits experience 3+ years state and/or federal health benefits regulations/laws 5+ years project management experience 5+ years of industry, regulatory or legal experience.Preferred Qualifications Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to navigate multiple software environments. Strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proven ability to work both independently and on a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with different audiences. Strong 'lead from where you are' skills Demonstrated ability to take on progressively more challenging projects. Mastery-level understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment, including in-depth knowledge of CVS Health products, services, business units and administrative procedures.
