Job DescriptionAs a Db2z Subsystem Programmer you will provide support on IBM Mainframes with the following responsibilities and tools support.tPlanning and implementing regular Db2 z/OS RSU maintenance.tPlanning, testing and implementing Db2 z/OS version upgrades.tDB2 subsystem performance tuning such as bufferpools, workfile space, coupling facility structures.tQuick troubleshooting and problem solving for Db2 Subsystem, DBA and Application issues.tCommunicating with outside teams to provide guidance on Best Practices for our Db2 environments and Tools.tDisaster Recovery planning and testing.tTools installation, customization, maintenance and troubleshooting support of the following:otIDAA (includes CDC).otIIDR (SQL and Queue Replication for DB2 z/OS and LUW).otAdmin Tool and Object Compare.otQuery Monitor.otDb2 Sort.otQMF.otLog Analysis Tool.otlDAA Loader.otOptim.otCompuware suite.otAny new tool requiring a POC.This position is available, fully remote out of any state in the United States.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 26.78Maximum: 61.88Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
