Job DescriptionExciting growth opportunity to join a dynamic team with Finance for a Fortune 5 companyThis director will be responsible for the FP&A management process and driving best practices within the Cost Management organization of the Pharmacy Services Segment. This role will oversee a group to ensure day-to-day operations of the cost management organization are managed effectively, implement and monitor financial functions to support the business units' financial plans, consolidate SGA and COS results, and lead various initiatives to help advance our financial strategy.The position significantly impacts executive leadership insights and will help to articulate the financial health of the organization in this highly visible role.Lead the consolidation of COS and SGA expenses across multiple business units through the monthly close, forecasts, budgets and strategic plans processes Develop commentary and reporting to inform and measure progress on leadership goals and objectives through each of these processes. Connect topics that impact the entire P&L to our cost structureBe a fundamental decision maker in the treatment of costs and admin fees across business units and organizations across PSSBuild, execute and maintain a durable methodology to understand the PSS cost structure required to serve each book of business ensuring we have an effective cost structureWork with senior leadership in finance and the business to develop and maintain a financial hierarchy (including both historical and future financials) that supports the management of PSSIdentify, consolidate and operationalize an effective management reporting process and set of financial documents to support the financial operations of $5B+ in expenses. Derive succinct themes of cost structure drivers from large amounts of data and commentary from multiple financial teamsPrepare and present materials to Executive Committees (including the monthly operating review), Steering Committees and other senior leadership groupsSets strategic direction and manages the team with alignment to broader organizational goals Develop process transformation and improvement initiatives Foster and maintain customer relationships across financial and business unit teamsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications10+ years significant/pertinent financial, consulting or accounting experience2+ years in medical PSS, healthcare, managed care, insurance or financial services experience3-5nyears experience overseeing/managing other teamsPreferred QualificationsProven track record of implementing efficiencies/solutions to processes developed primarily from end user input, which successfully satisfy the business needDemonstrated experience in managing complex work processes in a cross-department, team environment.
