Health Services strategies, policies, and programs are comprised of utilization management, quality management, network management and clinical coverage and policies. Utilizes critical thinking and judgement to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 19.50Maximum: 38.99Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsMust possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Must possess previous experience as a compliance analyst in a related field Experience formulating compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation along with advanced analytical abilities Must possess a clean Driving Record and Virginia Drivers License50-75% travel will be required in the Roanoke region and surrounding areas (Alleghany, Bath, Botetourt, Bedford, Buena Vista, Covington, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Henry, Highland, Lexington, Montgomery, Martinsville, Patrick County, Pulaski, Radford, Roanoke City and County, Rockbridge, Salem, Wythe)Preferred QualificationsCase Management and discharge planning experience 2 years experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate managed care experience preferredEducationBachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with either degree being in behavioral health or human services preferred (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling)Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
