Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst, FP&A will help in achieving the financial and strategic goals of the Northwest/Mountain and Arizona markets by providing decision support and financial analysis to optimize market results.You will support both markets while helping to manage and grow the Commercial & Medicare products within the market. You will report to the Market CFO, and work closely with a Senior Manager and Manager.-Support the monthly financial close, planning and forecasting processes.-You will support P&L/cost center owner level reporting, including detailed membership and financial metrics-Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas tofocus on and analyze results-You will collaborate with with constituent areas includingActuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical Economics.-Present findings to Market CFO-Numbers and data oriented role; must be comfortable working in that environmentPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
