Job DescriptionThe newly formed Health Insights Solutions business is looking for an experienced storyteller of complex data insights in health care. This individual will effectively communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and visualizations. They will work with the product management and analytics teams to develop compelling visualization techniques and craft stories around those visualizations for easy consumption by multiple audiences such as business users, scientists, clinicians and regulators. As an experienced storyteller, the individual brings a deep understanding of BI tooling and capabilities as well as the underlying analytics. The individual will need to craft compelling narratives that can be understood by a variety of audiences and context such as business-facing dashboards or thought leadership and public facing marketing materials. They will bring a dual skillset of visual and verbal storytelling into this start-up environment.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7+ years as a data storyteller with a portfolio of external/market facing data stories through business dashboards and thought leadership content 7+ years of expert-level understanding of data and insights products and hands-on application of various BI tools (Tableau, R Studio, Power BI etc.)5+ years experience with healthcare data across multiple segments such as pharma and payor Ability to translate the language of data scientists to business users and other interested parties such as government bodies or scientists Superior communication skills with the ability to partner with teams, and effectively present the narratives to internal and potential external stakeholders and clients Ability and willingness to navigate ambiguous and multi-stakeholder environments in a fast-moving new business endeavor Demonstration of exceptional writing skills with attention to detailPreferred Qualifications Experience in having worked at a pharma or payor company Experience in working in a start-up environmentEducationBachelor's Degree in visual arts, data science, or equivalent fieldsBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
