Job DescriptionThe Commercial segments Sr. Analyst Strategic Marketing is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the marketing plan across the sales lifecycle to strengthen and support business growth and retention. This role partners closely with the Small Group business segment managers and product teams to align the right value prop, solutions and effective marketing plays. This role with also partner with the Lead Segment marketing director to support across other business segments. The role is included, but not limited to product marketing, prospecting and demand generation, customer retention, growth and cross-sell to support the commercials business operating plans.Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the design of Small Group Marketing program strategy and has a deep understanding of the multiple target audiences within the Small Business Segment For both SG and MM, Leverages a holistic view of target employer segments, industries, geographic markets and workforce/consumer profiles to influence the customization of national campaigns as relevant. Responsible for the coordination of the strategy execution through cross collaboration with the Marketing centers of excellence (SG) with support for MM Collaborates with Brand team, marketing leads and segment stakeholders to drive consistent and integrated external messaging across all marketing efforts. Partners and builds relationships with local and field marketing teams to identify and develop marketing opportunities to influence top growth markets including Affinity marketing programs Collaborated with other B2B marketing channel stakeholders to executes integrated and personalized data-driven campaigns that generate growth within the SG segment Responsible for leading the multi-channel/omni-channel marketing communications collaborating with the marketing centers of excellence and other Aetna marketing channel leaders (Digital, Brand, Webinars, Media) Develops a strong understanding of small group business strategy and leverages business intelligence and insights to drive recommendations for yearly campaigns Partners with analytics to influence and support business segment and targeting strategies based on insights and data to drive demand and customer behavior. Develops and manages key cross-sell marketing campaign with appropriate business and product stakeholders. Partners closely with key marketing and product teams to influence business segment specific needs and synergy opportunities across segment.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree, MBA or related master's degree desired. Strong strategic, critical thinking and conceptual abilities Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization. Negotiating, influencing and change management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including listening and ability to explain complex ideas and technologies, and writing and presenting formal presentations. Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with little assistance and execute programs and projects from start to finish.
