Job DescriptionExciting opportunity to join our dynamic Application Development team at CVS Health, A Fortune 5 CompanyThe Application Software Delivery Advisor will be responsible for business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in delegation of tasks and leading development projects.Knowledge of emerging technologies and able to evaluate for appropriate use. Experience in application program volvement in all phases of the systems development life cycle.Experience with application development/technology support packages, product/technology evaluationsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in software development - Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification - 3+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with SalesForce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles - 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning Development experience. - 3+ years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script. - 3+ years of experience working with tools IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Lightning application building experience including Lightning web components- Sales cloud/service cloud consultant certification- Platform app builder certification or equivalent coursework with hands-on experience-Experience in various testing methods, performance, load, stress etc. - Experience in implementing high volume inbound/outbound call centers using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies- Strong presentation and public speaking skills (e.g., eye contact, voice inflection, body awareness, and ability to hold an audience and command respect) - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills - Ability to provide coaching and feedback and serve as a mentor to department employees - Demonstrates CVS Core Value: Accountability, Integrity, Innovation, Caring, Collaboration - Experience with Informatica ETL a plus- Data Warehouse and/or Data strategiesEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
