The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for our partners and their teams. The candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity.We are looking for a high-caliber, experienced, and motivated strategic partnerships professional with experience building and/or executing complex partnerships across a range of industries at scale. This individual will be the leader of our Monetization Strategic Partnerships team, a recent initiative with strategic significance and high exposure.What you'll do... Drive our monetization strategy through strategic partnerships with businesses, developers, tech platforms, advertising platforms, and leading media publishers Build a fully-fledged Pharma/Rx initiative to enable our Rx partners to invest across the CMX platform Align strategy to deal flow by identifying potential strategic partners, design creative commercial constructs, lead complex negotiations, and identify win-win scenarios/solutions and bring these partners to the execution stage Work closely and collaborate with strategic planning, product, partnerships, marketing, PR, legal and finance to build business cases that support each partnership to bring them to life Work to realize the Product Roadmap strategy to execute partnerships to help bring our products to market at speed and efficiency Develop supporting MSA with key Agency Holding companies to enable seamless transaction with our Agency partners On-going management of existing partnerships across our in-store monetization partners. Ownership and reporting of this revenue stream. C-level and senior management exposure with partners is commonUltimately these unique partnerships will improve the overall value proposition for CVS Health's Monetization ecosystem by driving growth and value that we can leverage to monetize with our supplier and media partners.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 297,250Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and work with attorneys to complete agreements. This includes extensive experience with IP rights. Collaboration and relationship-building experience - with the experience developing working relationships at all levels of management. Experience defining, developing, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and successfully complete deals and programs. Experience working with Product to define product strategy and product requirements. Experience negotiating complex agreements and finding win-win solutions. Experience co-creating innovative new offerings in collaboration with partners. High level of enthusiasm and innovation with experience to adapt easily to change and multitask. Interpersonal skills and experience developing working relationships inside and outside CVS Health Experience in being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
