Job DescriptionCVS Clinical Trial Recruitment partners with leading global biopharma clients to deliver qualified patients into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials to improve and accelerate clinical research for drug and vaccine development. The Patient Recruitment Campaign Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless delivery of Clinical Trial Recruitment product to key clients, taking an innovative consultative approach to guide our clients to improve clinical trial recruitment. Responsibilities to include: Work cross-functionally across analytics, call center, CVS store teams, digital, and IT colleagues delivering on sold Recruitment projects. Responsible for the day-to-day management from the Operations perspective, including project management as needed, partnering closely with Enterprise Analytics, Account Management, and Business Development; further manage communications channels and delivery including email, phone, and in-store interventions Understand, translate, and recommend operational approaches to clients, taking an innovative consultative approach to client delivery to improve Recruitment conversion Identifies gaps in processes or organization to drive teams to develop and implement solutions based on a broad view of the organization Maintain and deliver comprehensive reporting, metrics, and executive reporting, which will be directly deployed for process innovation and optimization of recruitment operations Work in a demanding clinically focused space with leading Pharma and government partners. The role is client facing with top Pharma partners.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
