Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst is a member of the Wellpartner 340B Digital Product Team responsible for identifying business/client, user needs and refining and translating them into detailed business requirements and technical specifications that support the overall product order to perform the role, the successful candidate is expected to collaborate closely with Internal and External Users, Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Architects, Data Analysts, Developers, QA and other Business Analysts.The candidate is responsible for identifying and understanding technical and non-technical issues related to each project and providing appropriate guidance and potential solutions while managing expectations and creating measurable improvement.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of business analyst methods, tools and documentation standards. Excellent elicitation/discovery and root cause analysis skills. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills that reflect strategic, critical and creative thinking. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to various audiences and cross-functional teams both technical and non-technical. Expert knowledge of MS office and Visio.Preferred Qualifications Strong presentation, persuasion, negotiation and people skills. Foundational knowledge and experience in querying databases using SQL to perform data analysis. Experience in working with multiple project management methodologies (i.e. waterfall and agile). Strong customer service orientation with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Ability to effectively work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
