Job DescriptionAs a Full stack developer within our team at CVS Health, you will participate and lead in application development and application maintenance & support for Java technology stack applications with the team. As an individual contributor & a team player, you will help the team to effectively deliver the projects on-time and with quality. A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role. In this position you will partner and collaborate with the development manager, business analysts, architects, quality assurance, business partners, developers, and project managers in order to deliver Business change and innovation into our Java based business applications software. You will also be involved throughout the entire development life cycle of a product and must be able to deliver an efficient solution, as well as identify and properly mitigate any risks to the product before deployment to production.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 4+ years experience in Angular 2 and above- 4+ years experience in using Bootstrap framework for layout development.- 4+ years experience in developing responsive web applications that work well across multiple devices and different browsers.- 4+ years experience in Java, Spring MVC and Spring Batch- 4+ years experience with implementation of restful services in Spring Boot.- 4+ years experience in handling DDL and DML Queries- 4+ years experience in invoking store procedures in Java.Preferred Qualifications- Cloud development experience in Azure- Experience in PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)- Must be able to quickly create POCs and prototypes to integrate - Ability to create interfaces from the existing traditional application- Good to have working knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.- Good skills in UI/UX designs, with an eye for composition, layout, color, and a pixel-level attention to detail.- Have an appreciation for clean, simple, usable interfaces.- Should be able to create interfaces rich in UI and UX- Know how to code AJAX and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery with client (JavaScript) and Server-side scripting abilities (to construct multi-page sites).- Development experience with cross browser web applications (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from Architect and UserEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
