Job DescriptionAs a SaFe product manager and application lead for DevSecOps and Test automation, the candidate should be able to perform the following activities:- Review Sprint stories with DevSecOps CoE team- Discuss and finalize success criteria for the stories and features. Monitor progress of stories and tasks with each team member.- Discuss dependencies and timelines that impact deliverables. - Follow-up with Champions of various teams (Medicare, Medicaid, Pharmacy, etc.), QA leads and their Scrum Masters/ Project Managers to resolve dependency issues.- Ascertain current technical debt and review strategies to - - Map Sprint capacity with load and monitor daily burndown to ensure that Sprint goals remain within the time-box.- Utilize tools : Rally, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and QB on daily basis to track progress and relevant documentation.- Follow-up with teams on BDD commitments, review their current progress in terms of achievements of tasks within current DevSecOps maturity levels- Follow-up with teams on In-Sprint Automation progress. Discuss current % automation. Review gaps between committed goals and current %. - Discuss and monitor technical initiatives, including Microservices development that provides testable and deployable services such as FileFTP service.- Ascertain risks and impediments to the Sprint and the PI by reviewing red / amber flags in processes, schedules and technical solutions. Facilitate meetings with SMEs as needed.- Review estimated efforts vs. assigned and actual efforts in Clarity. Address any variance due to efforts/ scope creep on daily basis.- Initiate and manage escalations to ensure Sprint deliverables are minimally impacted.- Advance best Practices in DevSecOps by contributing to process improvement and optimizing resource utilization.- Manage financial budgets and IT projects in Clarity working with Investment Category owners.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications6+ years of Healthcare Software Delivery experience.Tech skills: OS: Windows, Linux. DB: Oracle 10/11/12, DB2, MySQL.
